Bowlers of all ages and skill levels got together recently for a really fun evening at local bowling alley, Namco Funscape in Norwich.
83 bowlers in total, forming 16 teams, participated on the evening which supported Star Throwers. Each team was presented with a winner's certificate at the end of the night. In total the event raised close to £1100 for Star Throwers.
Julia Harvey, who organised the event, said: "It was a great success. Lots of people said how much they enjoyed themselves and they forgot how much fun bowling can be!"
Well done to everyone who took part and congratulations to Richard in the team 'All Balls No Glory' who won the overall trophy for highest score of the night and to Owen who won the auction for a Norwich City signed football.
Star Throwers would like to give thanks to Julia and Neil Harvey for organising the event and working so hard to make the event a success. We'd also like to thanks Wymondham Tyre Services for donating the signed Norwich City Football and finally to hosts Namco for being so accommodating on the evening and providing a great venue for a very enjoyable evening.
